Once a recruiter has matched your experience and background with a comparable position, we will contact you to see if you're interested in the position. Your recruiter will explain more about the job responsibilities, expectations, respond to your inquiries, learn more about you, and possibly set up a face to face interview with the hiring manager. You may even be asked to meet with your recruiter beforehand, a great benefit.

→ Step 3: Your Client Interview

Once we review possible candidates, recruiters will only send one, possibly two of our very best candidates to the next step. This practically assures employment depending on the interview. Both candidates will have a structured face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. Your recruiter will work closely with you so that you will know as much as possible about the objectives of the position and the company beforehand.
